U.S. Shipping Methods and Rates
When shipping within the Continental United States, you must have the credit card billing address as well as the shipping address. The issuing bank must be based within the United States.

Pink Saloon "No Hassle" Return Policy
Okay, so you love it but there was a tiny problem. No worries. Return it within 7 days of the arrival date for a full refund and up to 21 days for an exchange. Certain exceptions do apply.
Exceptions
- We do not accept returns on shoes, jewelry, handbags or accessories.
- Products noted within the description are not returnable.
- Clearly we do not accept any items that have been worn, damaged or without the original tags attached.
- "Clearance" & "Sale" items are non refundable. (This does not include the First Timer Discount)
Return Procedures
- Please return merchandise in original condition with tags attached.
- Fill out the reason for return on the return receipt provided. This must be included in the package.
- All merchandise is returnable by USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any lost or damaged goods.
- Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
- Return packages must be postmarked in accordance to the policy dating above.
- ALL RETURNS will be credited back to credit card less an $8.00 shipping charge. (This includes all orders with free shipping!)

When you become a part of the Pink Saloon family the information we collect from you is strictly protected. This information may include name, address, telephone, date-of-birth and e-mail address. There may be instances when we ask for additional information such as product preferences, favorite brands and sizing info. Of course this info is optional. We only use it to better serve you!
